Prithviraj, Shaji Natesan and Santhosh Sivan are the producers of Kadal Kadannu Oru Mathukutty, under the banner of August Cinemas. The movie is directed by Ranjith. Mammootty plays an NRI in the film. Meera Nandan, Siddique, Nedumudi Venu and Muthumani are the other cast seen in the film. Mohanlal and Dileep are said to be seen in cameo roles in Kadal Kadannu Oru Mathukutty. It was on news recently for getting a satellite record of whopping Rs 5.75 crores. Prithviraj is seen as a police officer in Memories. Meghna Raj plays the female lead in the film. Directed by Jeethu Joseph, the movie revolves around the life of Sam Alex (Prithviraj) and his family. Prithviraj is said to play a chronic alcoholic in the film.
